Every successful project begins with a conversation. During our initial phone call, we'll discuss your property, lifestyle needs, design preferences, wish list, budget expectations, and project goals. This allows us to understand your vision and determine the best path forward before scheduling a site visit.
Once we're ready to move forward, we'll meet at your property to gather detailed site information. During this visit, we'll take measurements, photographs, elevation notes, and document existing conditions. This information becomes the foundation for creating an accurate and personalized design tailored specifically to your home and property.
Within approximately one week of the site visit, you'll receive your first custom design concepts. These initial plans are designed to capture the overall vision of the project, including layout, major features, circulation, and outdoor living opportunities. Our goal is to provide creative solutions that maximize both beauty and functionality while reflecting your personal style.
After you've had time to review the initial concepts, we'll schedule a Zoom meeting to discuss the design together. This collaborative session allows us to gather feedback, answer questions, explore alternatives, and refine the design based on your preferences. We encourage open discussion to ensure the project is moving in the right direction before pricing begins.
5 - Revised Design & Preliminary Pricing
Within 48 hours of our revision meeting, you'll receive an updated design incorporating the agreed-upon changes, along with preliminary pricing information when applicable. This step helps align the design vision with project investment expectations and provides a realistic framework for moving toward construction.
6 - Budget Refinement & Final Adjustments
If additional modifications are needed to address budget considerations, construction challenges, or evolving project priorities, we will continue refining the design until we arrive at the best possible solution. Our objective is to create a design that not only inspires you visually but also works within the practical realities of your project.
